Having worked with our client to formulate a brief, we will initially investigate the site and locality, with the aim of understanding the physical context, including the opportunities and constraints.  We will also analyse any relevant material including policy documents and guidance.  At every stage of the design process we will work closely with the client to ensure that their needs are met.  Within this process, we will also take on board the views of others – whether the community, planners, or other consultants – to ensure a successful outcome.
