This proposal is for a new building located on a prominent road in the World Heritage Site of Bath. 

It adopts a simple classical language and local materials that are designed to sit comfortably within the late Victorian and Edwardian Bath stone residential buildings in the area.

The ground floor contains parking which both optimises the available space on site, and also lifts the residential accommodation above the busy street level and out of the flood plane.

Ten apartments are provided.  All are designed to Lifetime Homes / Accessible and Adaptable [Part M 4(2)] standards.
