DORCHESTER MASTERPLAN

We are delighted to be working with the Duchy of Cornwall again, this time on a masterplan for a site on the edge of Dorchester in Dorset. Our feasibility study includes a layout of traditional streets with a green, small square, and a wildflower meadow. The scheme incorporates 40-45 homes of various sizes and tenures.
