ISLE OF WIGHT MASTERPLAN & CONSERVATION PROJECT

Design work is underway for a new project on the Isle of Wight. The 16 hectare site comprises a listed former hotel including a Georgian main house, an earlier farmhouse and a series of substantial barns, all set within a wooded landscape with splendid sea views. Our initial feasibility work entails creating a masterplan for the entire site and developing conservation proposals for the heritage assets.
