ST MARY'S WORKS REGENERATION MASTERPLAN, NORWICH

Design work has recently started on a challenging city centre site in Norwich. The one hectare site contains a former shoe factory and is adjacent to two grade I listed churches. The brief, from developer Our Place, is to create a mixed-use scheme including workspaces, apartments and houses.
