Recent research reveals that Exeter has Britain's greenest city centre. This complements a previous study which shows that Exeter is one of the top places to live for tree coverage.

Our recent planning application for a site on the outskirts of Exeter aims to build on the city's leafy credentials. The project includes 45 houses arranged around a village green. In addition to an orchard and nuttery within the public spaces, a fruit tree will be planted in every garden. The project will result in a net gain of 82 trees and include 160m of new native hedgerow. It also connects to a tree-lined cycle route into the centre of the city.
