HORAM
MASTERPLAN - EAST SUSSEX

This project is the first of many that we have undertaken for custom build develeper, Leaper Land.

The layout centres on a village green and makes connections to an existing woodland and footpath.​  It includes 18 homes, of which 12 are custom build houses, and 6 are affordable flats. Each open market plot offers customisation options including extensions, attic rooms, internal layouts, bay windows, porches and building materials.

The architectural language and materials follow local precedent and include brick or hanging tiles for walls; plain clay tiles or slate for the roofs.​

In keeping with the leafy nature of the village, around forty new trees are proposed, including local fruit tree varieties in each garden.
