We are delighted to announce that planning permission has been granted on our scheme for custom build houses in Horam, East Sussex. Having worked closely with the planning officers and Parish Council, the application was determined under delegated powers, without having to go to committee.
The project includes twelve houses and a block of six affordable flats, arranged around a small green. The houses typically adopt soft red brick and plain clay tiles that are characteristic of the local area. In keeping with the leafy nature of the village, around forty new trees are proposed, including local fruit tree varieties in each garden.
