HOUSING AROUND A GREEN, EXETER

After a number of months of preparation, we have recently submitted a planning application for a site on the edge of Exeter, East Devon. The project draws on the character of local villages and consists of 45 traditional houses arranged around a green. It will be delivered using MMC (Modern Methods of Construction) resulting in substantial reductions in energy and material use.
