This masterplan encompasses a historic listed mill complex just outside the Somerset village of Merriott.  It has been devised to provide accommodation around a series of courts, creating 45 residential units of which 22 will be new-build houses.  Sizes range from two to four bedroom units.

The traditional houses in this rural setting are mostly formed using local honey-coloured Ham stone.  Timber cladding is also used where appropriate and roofs are typically covered in natural slate.
